I know someone who hosts a Minecraft server, and I frequently play. Since most commands are disabled (including /tp) I can't set homes, etc. (this is a vanilla survival server). I'm just looking for a mod that does the exact (or similar) same thing as the regular in-game command. It takes me forever to actually find the coordinates I'm on. Thanks for your help!

there's probably not a mod to allow you to do a tp since that's already in the game. That would seem rather pointless. Also you said "It takes me forever to actually find the coordinates I'm on." if you are looking for your location press f3 and it display a bunch of information, the coords should be near the top left.

You can't teleport on the client and expect the server to respect that. You're not going to move at all, and in all likelihood will get kicked instead.

I did actually just think of something, although by this point the question is closed so its too late for an actual answer. You use command blocks as teleporters, but it wouldn't work from just anywhere, since they are powered with red stone signals
