Don't have a 3ds so i play it on a emulator called Citra. I have got an normal ds, but some of the buttons do not work the way they should. thats why i play black 2 on an emulator called desmume. Can't find a way to transfer my pokemon/items sadly.

You can only transfer Pokemon but with a Save File Editor.
You are not able to transfer items from any older generations to newer ones (in console or emulated games).
When you are using emulator the easiest way to transfer Pokemon between your games is using a Save Editor, you can google them as "Pokemon Save File Editor" and find a tutorial.
